The Rock tweets first look at 'Hercules: The Thracian Wars'

Get ready to see the legendary Hercules in a whole new light. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson tweeted from the set of his upcoming movie, "Hercules: The Thracian Wars," on Tuesday (July 9), and he's giving fans a sneak peek of the famous demigod's helmet.

Set in reality -- and therefore, without any supernatural influence -- "Hercules: The Thracian Wars" is directed by Brett Ratner, and follows the Greek demigod, who, after enduring his legendary twelve labors, has become a mercenary.

His gritty life as a sword-for-hire is tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek Hercules' aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord. "Hercules: The Thracian Wars" also stars Ian McShane, Joseph Fiennes, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Rufus Sewell, and John Hurt, and hits theaters on July 25, 2014.
