With the upcoming LEGO episode, "Brick Like Me," it's easy to get distracted from the big news on "The Simpsons." There's a major character death coming, and fans still don't know who it is.

"It's going to be a bigger deal than King Joffrey on 'Game of Thrones'," executive producer Al Jean jokes during a conference call. He's referring to the episode as the "Yellow Wedding."

Jean also gave the tiniest clue about who the character dying is, while not actually getting fans any closer to figuring out who will bite the dust. "It's a great character, but I've never used the word iconic," he says.

It's already known that the character has appeared more than once and the actor who voices it has won an Emmy for the role. Jean also says the dead character could be seen again, be it as a ghost or in a dream. In the end, it's "The Simpsons," and that sort of stuff happens.

"The Simpsons" airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.
