Well, if Sideshow Bob is the major "Simpsons" character that's going to get killed of on the show, the man who voices him certainly doesn't know it. TMZ caught up with Kelsey Grammer to ask him about whether Bob will meet his end or not, and Grammer is none the wiser.

"Not to my knowledge," he says. The odds on it being Bob are fairly small, because even Kelsey admits that death is something new to Krusty the Clown's former sidekick. "They've already killed him 20 times," he jokes. "He comes back a lot."

What has been revealed by executive producer Al Jean is that the character dying has won the actor who voiced it an Emmy Award. The best bet is a guest star, which means Rabbi Hyman Krustofski ( Jackie Mason), Princess Penelope ( Anne Hathaway) and Sideshow Bob. However, the main characters have also won the award, along with Edna Krabappel and Apu Nahasapeemapetilon.

Krabappel is off the list, after it was confirmed her character would be retired following the death of the actress who voiced her, Marcia Wallace. Back in October, Jean revealed that the actor whose character was going to die hasn't been informed yet.
