Jimmy Fallon is going to put his nerd cred to good use when he takes "The Tonight Show" on a road trip to Florida to celebrate the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley theme park.
As both NBC and Universal are owned by Comcast, it makes sense that Fallon would be promoting the opening of the new "Harry Potter"-themed section. He will take up residence at Universal Orlando from June 16-19 and will have guests including Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull and Tracy Morgan.
Universal Orlando's media and VIP presentation of the new section of the "Harry Potter" theme park takes place the same week. Fans watching the "Tonight Show" can expect an exclusive new look at the Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts ride.
Free tickets will be made available for the show on a first-come, first-serve basis starting May 21. Universal Orlando has not yet announced an official opening date for the Diagon Alley expansion.
