"The Vampire Diaries'" Zach Roerig finally won his ongoing custody battle against imprisoned ex-girlfriend Alanna Turner. The pair had a daughter in January 2011, and he has been battling her for primary custody of the 2-year-old while Turner has been incarcerated.

TMZ got ahold of court documents that show a Georgia judge granted Roerig sole custody of his daughter in September. Roerig was awarded all future decisions for the child.

Initially the 28-year-old was looking for Turner to pay him child support, but the documents filed show that he hasn't followed up on that request. As TMZ points out, it's likely because he's making a heck of a lot more than she is while locked up in prison.

"The Vampire Diaries" airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
