CeeLo Green, one of the judges on "The Voice," will reportedly not be facing sexual assault charges, after allegedly putting ecstasy in a woman's drink. The accuser claims she woke up naked in Green's bed.

According to TMZ, the district attorney will be rejecting the case because there's just not enough evidence to support it. Law enforcement officials reportedly found out the woman and CeeLo had been been intimate before and, in fact, dating for months.

The accuser claimed to have recorded Green talking about the assault, but a source tells TMZ that all the singers actually does on the tape is reference the drug. Thus, the district attorney is planning to file a felony charge of furnishing ecstasy, which normally amounts to probation for a first offense.

Luckily for CeeLo, the drug charge won't cost him his job. Mark Burnett, executive producer of "The Voice," tells TMZ "CeeLo will not be fired." The show is currently filming its next season, with Shakira and Usher filling in for Green and Christina Aguilera.
