"We don't know what's coming next." Sasha, you've never spoken truer words than this quote from one of several new "The Walking Dead" Season 5 trailers.

AMC is rolling out promotion for "The Walking Dead's" return with 10-second videos that offer big teases in small packages. In one, Tyreese is in a cabin and sees something move behind him. In another, Rick threatens Gareth as the camera shows both Glenn and Daryl bound and gagged. Finally, people in gas masks enter the train car where Rick & co. ended Season 4.

Zap2it spoke with "Walking Dead" executive producer Gale Anne Hurd at San Diego Comi-Con, who teased that Season 5 will pick up shortly after where Season 4 ended. "It's the first time we haven't had 'and months pass,'" she said. "I think the fans would have gone crazy if we'd picked up and they're cohabiting in peace with the Terminans."

"The Walking Dead" Season 5 premieres on Oct. 12 on AMC.
