Toby-Keith-Wayman-Tisdale.jpg Toby Keith gave a heartrending tribute to NBA player and jazz bass guitar great Wayman Tisdale with his song "Cryin' for Me" at the 2010 Academy of Country Music awards.

Tisdale passed away on May 15, 2009 after a two-year battle with osteosarcoma (cancer in his knee). He had his leg amputed from the disease in 2008 but never stopped fighting to beat the cancer. He is survived by his wife REgina and four children.

Toby Keith dedicated his 2009 album "American Ride" to Tisdale and wrote "Cryin' for Me (Wayman's Song)" in his memory. Toby Keith and Dave Koz, a jazz saxophone player, performed the tribute song for the 2010 ACM awards. We'll post video just as soon as it becomes available but for now, check out the music video for "Cryin' for Me."
