The actress and TV host describes massive bleeding caused by a condition known as placenta previa. Tori tells Us Weekly she began bleeding just 20 weeks into her pregnancy, and fought for her baby's life -- and her own -- for 10 weeks in the hospital.

"I just remember thinking, I can't leave three children behind," says Spelling. Her fourth child, baby boy Finn was born Aug. 30.

Tori says of the newborn, "We have an insane bond. We've been through hell and back."
