"It's a lot of working out and a really good diet," Akerman tells E! on the "CBGB" red carpet. "A lot of really healthy food ... I wish there was a magic pill you could just pop in."
But there's not. It's all about diet and exercise. So, what does Akerman do to keep in tip-top shape?
"Pilates and cycling and hiking, that's pretty much my routine," says Akerman. "As often as possible!"
