In a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment in the series finale, "Thank You," author Charlaine Harris appeared as the woman working behind the cameras on Eric and Pam's New Blood commercial. Though "True Blood" hugely diverged from her Sookie Stackhouse novels from which the series was originally based, it's lovely to see her get a final appearance on the show.
