The 47th annual CMA Awards were up 21 percent over the 2012 telecast, averaging 16.6 million total viewers versus last year's 13.6 million, which was an all-time low for the awards. The 2013 broadcast made ABC the top network of the night and also earned ABC its first win the 18-49 demo for the opening Wednesday of November sweeps since 2007.

Elsewhere, "Survivor" and "Arrow" were up slightly, while "The Tomorrow People" was down  a little and "The X Factor" was down quite a bit from its last Wednesday broadcast back on Oct. 9.
