The start of "America's Got Talent's" live shows gave the show a ratings bump Tuesday, carrying NBC to an easy win for the night.

Also Tuesday, "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" fell some from its premiere last week but still posted decent numbers for The CW. "Perfect Score" improved on its performance last week (with a half-hour episode vs. the hour-long debut). "So You Think You Can Dance" was off a bit for FOX.

NBC drew 7.9 million viewers and a 4.8 rating/8 share in households for the night to finish comfortably in front of second-place CBS (5.95 million, 4.0/7). FOX (4.1 million, 2.6/4) edged ABC (3.9 million, 2.8/5) for third. The CW trailed with 1.6 million viewers and a 0.9/2.

NBC also ruled the 18-49 demographic with a 2.2 rating. FOX took second with a 1.4, followed by ABC at 1.0. CBS averaged 0.8 and The CW 0.6.
