TV ratings: 'America's Got Talent' semifinals lead NBC to a win Tuesday

  "America's Got Talent" rebounded from its season low last week and earned the top ratings of the night for any show.  "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" continues to be a solid little hit for the CW, while "So You Think You Can Dance" was up a little for FOX.

NBC narrowly edged out the CBS reruns to win the night, earning 6.8 million viewers to CBS' 6.5 million. NBC had a 4.2 rating/7 share in households, while CBS earned a 4.4 rating/7 share in households as well.

FOX was third with 4 million, 2.5/4, followed by ABC at 3.5 million, 2.5/4 and the CW at 1.7 million, 1.0/2.

In the adults 18-39 demo, NBC also led with 1.8, followed by FOX (1.3), ABC (1.0), CBS (0.8) and the CW (0.7).

The CW: "Capture" (1.1 million, 0.6/1)
