"The Bachelor" capped off its most-watched season since 2003 with a finale that gave ABC a ratings win Monday night. At NBC, "Law & Order" didn't post big ratings, but its debut in the 10 o'clock hour improved considerably on "The Jay Leno Show's" performance there.

In the adults 18-49 demographic, ABC's 5.3 rating was a point better than CBS' 4.3. FOX, 2.3, came in third, followed by NBC, 2.1, and The CW, 0.7.
