TV ratings: 'Big Brother' holds onto Thursday lead, 'Hell's Kitchen' finale rises

"Big Brother" maintained its hold on the top spot in Thursday's demographic ratings, finishing even with last week's eviction show in adults 18-49 and up slightly in viewers. It was close, though -- the season finale of "Hell's Kitchen" was up for FOX and finished within a tenth of a point of "Big Brother" at 9 p.m.

Also Thursday, "Hollywood Game Night" rose on NBC, and ABC's "Rookie Blue" improved its total-viewer numbers for the third consecutive week.

CBS averaged 6.3 million viewers and a 4.0 rating/7 share in households for the night, beating FOX (5.4 million, 3.3/6) for the top spot. ABC (4.7 million, 3.0/5) came in third. NBC took fourth with 3.5 million viewers and a 2.4/4. The CW (772,000, 0.5/1) trailed.

FOX scored a demographic with a 2.2 rating among adults 18-49. CBS finished second with a 1.7. ABC's 1.0 edged NBC's 0.9 for third. The CW came in at 0.3.
