"Blue Bloods" and "CSI: NY" helped CBS win the ratings battle Friday night, with 8.8 million and 8.1 million viewers, respectively. However, almost everything was down across the board, compared to last Friday.

Kiefer Sutherland's "Touch" last more than a million viewers from it's premiere last week, with 2.6 million tuning in. In fact, the only show that was actually up was "20/20," on ABC, with 5.6 million viewers.

CBS was still on top of the mountain for the night with an average of 7.4 million viewers and a 4.9 rating/9 share. NBC and ABC were virtually tired, with the former snagging 6 million views and a 4.2 rating/7 share, and the latter getting 6 million viewers with a 3.9 rating/7 share. Fox came in fourth with 2.8 million viewers and a 1.8 rating/3 share, while the CW came in dead last with 611,000 viewers and a .4 rating/1 share.

As they did last week, ABC won the night in the 18-49 demo with a 1.5, followed by NBC (1.2), CBS (1.1), Fox (.9), and CW (.2).
