TV ratings: 'Blue Bloods' and 'Undercover Boss' lead CBS to a win

"Blue Bloods" continues to lead Friday nights for CBS, holding steady from last week with 6.9 million viewers. "CSI: NY" and "Undercover Boss" also lead their time slots, giving CBS a huge win for the night.

CBS boasted an average of 9.3 million viewers with a 5.8 rating/10 share in households. ABC came in a distant second with 5.9 million viewers and 3.9/6. NBC was a close third with 5.6 million, 3.9/7. FOX fell behind with 2.8 million, 1.8/3, and The CW brought up the rear with 949,000, .6/1.

In the adults 18-49 demo, ABC eked out a win with 1.5, followed by CBS (1.4), NBC (1.3), FOX (.9) and CW (0.3).
