The premiere of CBS' reality backstabbing show "Big Brother 12" helped the network come in first with viewers for the night, although it didn't grab as many viewers as ABC's "Wipeout" in the same timeslot.

CBS won the night, averaging of 7.6 million viewers and a 4.9 rating/9 share in households. ABC came next with 6.4 million and 3.9/7. Next came FOX (4.9 million, 3.2/6), NBC (2.2 million, 1.4/3) and The CW (1.4 million, 0.9/2).

CBS just eked out a victory among the 18-49 adult demo with a 1.8 rating, just ahead of ABC and FOX tied with a 1.7 apiece. NBC and The CW only nabbed a 0.9 and 0.5, respectively.
