TV Ratings: CBS masters Sunday with help from Phil Mickelson

CBS rode Phil Mickelson's third Masters win and the season finale of "Undercover Boss" to a massive win Sunday night. ABC also had a big night with the help of the Jeff Gordon episode of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" and the two-hour "Brothers & Sisters" movie.

The Eye network averaged 13.1 million viewers, up 3 million from the previous Sunday, and a 8.0 rating/14 share for the evening, well ahead of second-place finisher ABC, which drew 8.1 million viewers and a 5.2/9. Next came NBC with 5.4 million and 3.4/6 and finally FOX with 4.6 million and 2.7/5.

The adults 18-49 demo crown also went to CBS with a 3.3 rating, followed by ABC and FOX in a tie at 2.2 and NBC at 1.8

ABC: "America's Funniest Home Videos" (6.4 million, 3.8/7)
NBC: "Dateline NBC"  (3.7 million, 2.5/5)
FOX: "'Til Death" (1.9 million, 1.3/2), "The Simpsons" rerun (2.5 million, 1.6/3)

ABC: "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" (8.5 million, 5.1/9)
NBC: "Minute to Win It" (4.5 million, 2.7/5)
FOX: "The Simpsons" (5.6 million, 3.2/6), "The Cleveland Show" (5.5 million, 3.1/5)
