TV ratings: CBS wins the night with 'Criminal Minds' as 'X Factor' slips

Ratings were soft, falling slightly across the board as viewers prepared for Thanksgiving Day. ABC's "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" was the only gain, up four tenths among adults 18-49 over last year's rating. "The X Factor" continued its slide, dropping seven tenths to 2.2 from last week's 2.9 rating.

CBS won all three hours of primetime, averaging 10.5 million viewers and a 6.3 rating/11 share. FOX (7.2 million, 4.2/7) came in second. ABC's took third with 5.5 million and 3.2/5. NBC (4.8 million, 3.1/5) was fourth, and The CW (1.7 million, 1.1/2) brought up the rear.

The Eye also led among adults 18-49 with a 2.5, edging NBC's 2.3. FOX came in third with a 1.5. ABC came in fourth with a 1.4, and The CW scored a 0.5.
