A week after programming was largely sidelined due to the manhunt for Dzhokar Tsarnaev, a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, CBS was once again on top of the mountain. While slightly down, "Blue Bloods" was still the highest rated program of the night, with "Undercover Boss" posting a gain of over one million viewers.

CBS claimed an average of 8.8 million viewers with a 5.7 rating/10 share in households. ABC followed with less than half the audience, at 4.3 million and 2.9/5. NBC landed in third with 3.8 million and 2.5/4. Next was FOX with 2.6 million 1.7/3. Finally, The CW finished last with 986,666 and .6/1.

In the adults 18-49 demo, CBS claimed another victory with a 1.3, followed by ABD (1.2), NBC (1.0), FOX (.8) and The CW (.3).
