TV ratings: 'Dancing with the Stars' wins viewers, 'The Voice' still takes 18-49 demo

ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" Season 14 premiere went head-to-head with NBC's "The Voice" this week, and the dancing competition show foxtrotted away with the win for most viewers; however, "The Voice" still managed to garner the most viewers in the 18-49 demographic.

NBC's "Smash" was down again this week with 6.67 million viewers and a 2.3 for the 18-49 demographic, while ABC's "Castle" took the top spot for the 10 p.m. hour.

ABC won out for the night in total viewers with 16.27 million viewers and a 10.4 rating/16 share in households. NBC was second (10.07 million, 6.1/9), CBS third (9.47 million, 6.0/9), FOX fourth (5.4 million, 3.4/5) and The CW (747,000, 0.5/1).

The adults 18-49 win went to NBC, with a 3.8 rating, ahead of ABC and CBS, which tied with a 3.1, FOX with a 1.8 and The CW with a 0.3.
