"America's Got Talent" was the most-watched show on TV Tuesday night, but NBC didn't win the night because the rest of its lineup was pretty soft.

The total-viewer title went to CBS, which drew 7.9 million people and a 5.3 rating/9 share in households for the night. NBC (6.4 million, 3.9/7) came in second, a little ahead of FOX (6.2 million, 3.6/6). ABC finished fourth with 5.2 million viewers and a 3.0/5, and The CW (1.05 million, 0.7/1) was at the back of the pack.

FOX led the adults 18-49 demographic with a 2.7 rating, beating NBC's 2.0. ABC took third with a 1.7, followed by CBS, 1.2, and The CW, 0.4.
