TV ratings: 'Hotel Hell' finale and 'Bachelor Pad' top a quiet Labor Day
Ratings on Labor Day were down pretty much across the board, although ABC's "Bachelor Pad" did improve some over last week. The finale of "Hotel Hell" on FOX drew the night's best adults 18-49 numbers, but "Grimm" was off a bit and "Stars Earn Stripes" ended with more of a whimper than a bang.
CBS led the night in viewers, scoring 4.6 million and a 3.1 rating/5 share in households in primetime. FOX (4.4 million, 2.6/4) was close behind in second. ABC finished third with 4.1 million viewers and a 2.9/5, and NBC (3.4 million, 2.1/3) came in fourth. The CW drew just over 700,000 people and a 0.5/1.
FOX led the 18-49 demographic with a 1.7 rating. CBS grabbed second with a 1.3, and ABC and NBC tied for third at 1.1. The CW trailed with a 0.3.
