TV ratings: 'Killer Women' falls, 'NCIS' propels CBS to big win

With all the networks back with new programming, ratings were par for the course, with CBS riding "NCIS" and "NCIS: Los Angeles" to a sizable win Tuesday night. The Eye network averaged 15.9 million viewers and a 9.9 rating/16 share in households, nearly tripling the viewers of the next closest network.

"Killer Women" and "The Originals" both dropped by roughly 400,000 viewers from their last new episodes, while "Supernatural" was fairly even with its last new episode.

In total viewers, NBC was second with with 5.9 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/6 share in households, followed by ABC with 4.6 million and a 3.0/5, FOX with 3.1 million viewers and a 2.0/3 and the CW with 2.1 million and a 1.4/2.

In the adults 18-49 demographic, the order was the same -- CBS won with a 2.5, followed by NBC (1.7), ABC (1.4), FOX (2.3) and the CW (1.0).
