TV Ratings: NBC's 'Talent,' FOX's 'Dance' split Wednesday

NBC took Wednesday night in overall viewers thanks to its "America's Got Talent" auditioners, including Twisted Trystan and Krystan who put their lives at risk for the sake of entertainment. It was FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance," however that won the demo title in its first night of Top 11 competition.

NBC drew 8.1 million viewers and a 5.0/9 rating in households in primetime. FOX came in second with 6.5 million and a 4.0/7, ahead of CBS' 6.1 million and 3.9/7. Next came ABC, 3.3 million, 2.2/4, and The CW, 1.3 million, 0.9/2.

FOX's 2.6 led the way inthe 18-49 adult demographic, ahead of NBC's 2.1, followed by CBS, 1.5, ABC, 0.9, and The CW, 0.5.
