The "NCIS" duo led CBS to a ratings victory Tuesday night as "NCIS: Los Angeles" finished within 150,000 viewers of "Dancing With the Stars" and beat it in the 18-49 demographic. ABC's "Body of Proof" held steady compared to last week, while "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" returned to modest numbers.
