The premiere of "Star-Crossed" on The CW Monday put up OK ratings opposite the Winter Olympics, drawing a slightly bigger total audience than "Hart of Dixie" had in the timeslot and equaling its adults 18-49 average.

NBC's Olympics coverage got a ratings boost with a figure-skating medal round featured in primetime, improving on the past few days and beating the same night from 2010. "Almost Human" and "The Following" held steady for FOX, but "The Bachelor" and "Castle" both dropped for ABC.

NBC drew 23.5 million viewers and a 13.8 rating/21 share in households for the night -- more than three times as many viewers as second-place ABC (7.7 million, 5.1/8). CBS took third with 5.3 million viewers and a 3.4/5, edging FOX's 5.2 million and 3.2/5. The CW (1 million, 0.7/1) trailed.

The Olympics also ruled the 18-49 demographic as NBC scored a 5.6 rating. ABC was the best of the rest with a 2.0, followed by FOX at 1.7. CBS averaged 1.2 and The CW 0.4.
