"Big Brother" and "Rising Star" both rose Sunday, with the CBS show scoring the night's top 18-49 rating and ABC's singing competition stopping a couple weeks of declines.

Also Sunday, CBS' time-period switch of "Unforgettable" and "Reckless" helped a little bit. "Unforgettable" was up over last week in both the 18-49 demo and total viewers, while "Reckless" was flat in adults 18-49 and improved slightly in viewers.

CBS delivered 6.2 million viewers and a 3.9 rating/7 share in households for the night. ABC (4.7 million, 2.8/5) came in second. NBC (2.5 million, 1.6/3) beat out FOX (2 million, 1.2/2) for third.

ABC's 1.2 rating among adults 18-49 was good enough for the night's top spot, finishing just ahead of CBS' 1.1. FOX averaged 0.8 and NBC 0.6.
