TV ratings: Teen Choice Awards down overall from last year, CBS leads Sunday
CBS racked up another ratings win on Sunday, thanks once again to "60 Minutes" and "Big Brother 13." FOX's broadcast of the Teen Choice Awards, meanwhile, didn't do so well with the grown-ups and was down overall from last year, but its ratings among teenagers actually improved.
CBS easily led the night with 6.6 million viewers and a 4.1 rating/7 share in households. ABC (4 million, 2.4/4) came in second. NBC's 2.9 million viewers and 1.9/3 edged FOX's 2.8 million and 1.6/3 for third place.
In the adults 18-49 demographic, CBS' 1.7 rating led the way. ABC and FOX tied for second at 1.0, and NBC trailed with a meager 0.7.
