TV ratings: Thursday 'Big Brother' rises again, gives CBS another win
The latest elimination on "Big Brother" gave the show improved ratings for the third Thursday in a row, and it once again led CBS to an across-the-board ratings win in primetime.
CBS scored 6.3 million viewers and a 4.2 rating/7 share for the night. ABC (5.5 million, 3.4/6) was even with its performance last week. FOX claimed third with 4 million viewers and a 2.6/4, beating out NBC (2.6 million, 1.9/3). The CW came in at just under 1 million viewers and a 0.6/1.
CBS also led the adults 18-49 demographic, albeit with only a 1.8 rating. ABC finished second in the demo with a 1.6, followed by FOX at 1.2. Neither NBC (0.9) nor The CW (0.3) got over the 1.0 mark.
