TV ratings: 'Big Brother' leads Thursday, 'Welcome to Sweden' opens modestly

Thursday was a pretty uneventful night in the Nielsen ratings, with "Bi Brother" leading the adults 18-49 race and a "Big Bang Theory" rerun scoring the biggest total audience.

NBC's comedies "Welcome to Sweden" and "Working the Engels" had modest premieres. "Rookie Blue" and "NY Med" both ticked up for ABC, and "Hell's Kitchen" was fairly steady for FOX.

CBS scored 5.6 million viewers and a 3.6 rating/7 share in households for the evening, beating out ABC's 4.6 million and 3.1/6. FOX (3.6 million, 2.2/4) edged NBC (3.4 million, 2.3/4) for third. The CW brought in 680,000 viewers and a 0.4/1.

CBS also led the 18-49 demographic with a 1.4 rating. FOX took second with a 1.1, followed by NBC, 0.9; ABC, 0.8; and The CW, 0.3.
