CBS scored a ratings victory Wednesday as both "Criminal Minds" and "CSI" improved on their numbers from last week. "The X Factor" was pretty much even, but Barbara Walters' annual "Most Fascinating People" special was down significantly from last year for ABC.

CBS drew 11.9 million viewers and a 7.3 rating/12 share in households for the night, beating FOX's 9.3 million, and 5.6/9. ABC (7.2 million, 4.8/8) came in third. NBC finished fourth with just under 4 million viewers and a 2.7/4, and The CW trailed with 1.4 million viewers and a 1.0/2.

CBS also won the adults 18-49 race with a 3.1 rating. FOX was right behind with a 3.0. ABC took third with a 2.1, while neither NBC (1.0) nor The CW (0.5) made much of an impact.
