'Two and a Half Men' star Angus T. Jones scores epic $300,000 per episode contract

Angus-T-Jones.jpgWe were awkward and sarcastic for our entire childhood, and all we got for our 17th birthday was a two-year lease on a Grand Am.

That shtick is apparently working much better for "Two and a Half Men" star Angus T. Jones. TMZ reports that the actor, who turns 17 on October 8, just signed a new contract that has him pulling in $300,000 per episode.

With the contract covering at least the next 26 episodes, that's a $7.8 million paycheck for the Jones, easily making him the most handsomely paid kid on TV.

And if you're not already wondering where you went wrong in life, remember that CBS is fully committed to at least another 48 episodes of the series, making Jones' more likely payout somewhere around $14.4 million -- before the $500,000 signing bonus, of course.

Happy birthday, Angus! We hate you.
