Robson, who appeared in Michael Jackson's "Dangerous: The Short Films" "Black Or White" video, is also known for his relationship with Britney Spears, which caused turmoil when she was dating Justin Timberlake.

In 2005, Robson was a witness for the defense at Jackson's child molestation trial, and he denied that Jackson had ever touched him inappropriately. During the same trial, Jackson's housekeeper testified that she saw Jackson in the shower with Robson when Robson was 8 or 9 years old.

On May 1, he filed a late creditor's claim against the Estate, asking for damages. The file is sealed, but according to TMZ, details abuse at the hands of Jackson.
