Walk in Kristin Chenoweth's shoes: Designed by the star for adoption charity

Tony and Emmy-winning actress Kristin Chenoweth, who's currently starring on Broadway in "Promises, Promises," designed her very own shoe for the ShoeDazzle website, with sales benefitting the Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute.

Chenoweth, who we had the pleasure of meeting recently, found inspiration for the design of the aptly named "Little Diva" shoe, "a grey, suede-like bootie," from "Promises, Promises," which takes place in the sixties.

The shoe is available for purchase to ShoeDazzle members starting Tuesday, Dec. 7 at the website, which was co-founded by reality star Kim Kardashian.

"We are thrilled that Kristin is continuing her support of our work through this partnership with ShoeDazzle," says Adam Pertman, the Executive Director of the Adoption Institute. "Our work to help kids who need loving homes is unique and important, but we simply couldn't do it without people like her."

Chenoweth, an adoptee herself, serves on the Honorary Board of the Adoption Institute, which recently rewarded her work with the cause with a congressional Angels in Adoption award.
