'Walking Dead': Laurie Holden, Juan Gabriel Pareja talk survival and Halloween
At "The Walking Dead" premiere in Hollywood, we meet other members of the cast that make up the scrappy band of survivors we'll meet in the Episode 2 of the show.
Among them is Laurie Holden, who plays Andrea. Pre-zombie apocalypse, she was a civil rights lawyer, a job that's not exactly helpful now that it's all about staying alive and not fighting for equality.
Holden tells Zap2it how Andrea fits into this new world and where those skills are focused.
She also divulges her special zombie wish for her character and hints about what she's dressing up as for Halloween. We'll have to keep an eye out for pictures.
Another survivor is Morales, played by Juan Gabriel Pareja. He discusses the camaraderie on the set and just how effective the zombie makeup was -- even scaring him during one scene.
How's he going to spend his Halloween? Watching the premiere of "The Walking Dead" of course (at 10 p.m. ET on AMC).
[ UPDATE: A previous version of this story incorrectly listed the cast member as Juan Carlos Pareja, when in fact his middle name is Gabriel (as indicated in the video). Apologies to Mr. Pareja and fans can voice their outrage and support on Twitter @JuanGPareja]
