Westminster Dog Show results: Sadie the Scottish terrier is top dog

sadie-westminster-dog-show.jpgIn the canine Olympics, Sadie the jet-black Scottish terrier took home the prize.

The lively, four-year-old Scottie put her game face on, snatching best in show trophy at the 134th  Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York's Madison Square Garden Tuesday, Feb. 16.

Ch. Roundtown Mercedes of Maryscot, Sadie to her friend, joins the ranks of other Scotties, the group with the most WKC wins in history.

In the best in show smackdown, she declared victory over crowd favorites like the Doberman pinscher and the French bulldog, as well as the toy poodle, the Brittany, the corded puli and the whippet.

Check out the tense judging moments and Sadie's well-deserved victory:

Sadie has no doubt earned herself a good rawhide treat for this win.
