Also returning to screens after a holiday hiatus is "The Good Wife" (9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS) with "Goliath and David," which sees Alicia representing a band suing a TV show for copyright infringement. The case gets much more complicated when Will helps the opposing council by using her strengths and weaknesses against her.
"Revenge" (9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC) picks up shortly after Emily's shooting, when the newlywed wakes up in the hospital with amnesia and can't remember anything that happened.

"The Simpsons" - "Steal This Episode" (8 p.m., FOX)
Homer becomes annoyed with movie theaters, so Bart teaches him how to download movies illegally. Homer is delighted with his discovery of free movies until he's caught for piracy. Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann, Paul Rudd, Seth Rogen, Channing Tatum, Will Arnett and Rob Halford all guest star.
"The Bachelor: Countdown to Juan Pablo" (8 p.m., ABC)
Before the new season officially begins, check out this special that will first take a behind-the-scenes look at the casting process before highlighting a day in the life of sexy former professional soccer player and dedicated father Juan Pablo Galavis on his home turf. We will also meet his devoted parents, loving siblings and cousins as they share stories from his childhood growing up in Venezuela.
"Family Guy" - "Peter Problems" (9 p.m., FOX)
When Peter finds he can't perform his, um, er, uh, manly duties, he enlists Quagmire and Joe to help him get his mojo back.
"The Mentalist" - "White Lines" (10 p.m., CBS)
The FBI is tasked with finding the killer of several DEA agents, and Jane goes on a date with a beautiful woman associated with the case.
"Betrayal" - "...the Karsten way." (10 p.m., ABC)
Jack's confession sends shockwaves through the McAllister and Karsten families. As Elaine, Valerie, Victor and TJ come to grips with a future of Jack being in prison, the truth about Lou Mrozek's murder finally becomes clear. Meanwhile, Sara is resolved to exonerate her lover and tries to find evidence to clear him by revisiting their past.
