When does 'Pretty Little Liars' Season 4b premiere? Plus 'Agents of SHIELD,' 'New Girl' and more TV returns

We just might find out when "Pretty Little Liars" returns for the second half of Season 4 on Tuesday (Jan. 7) at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family. Immediately following the premiere, "Ravenswood" kicks off the second half of Season 1 with Caleb returning to the spooky town after a quick trip to Rosewood, still dealing with having briefly died.

Also returning to TVs after a quick holiday break is "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" (8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC) with "The Magical Place," which sees Coulson uncover vital information about the mystery of his death. With Centipede out for blood, however, knowledge will almost certainly lead to danger.

"New Girl" (9 p.m. ET/PT on FOX) returns with "Clavado En Un Bar," which features the gang reminiscing how they each landed their current jobs as Jess finds herself with only 20 minutes to decide if she should give up teaching and take a new job.

Here's a look at the remaining returns and premieres on Tuesday night:

"The Biggest Loser" (8 p.m., NBC)
All the eliminated contestants return to weigh-in and one lucky player gets the chance to re-enter the competition. Then the contestants get a visit from NASCAR driver Carl Edwards, who leads them on a fun workout.

"Dads" - "Mister Edna" (8 p.m., FOX)
After David exposes Edna as an illegal immigrant and gets her detained, Eli forces his father to marry her, enlisting Warner to plan the shotgun wedding. Naturally, he quickly begins to regret his plan.

"NCIS" - "Kill Chain" (8 p.m., CBS)
Gibbs' ex-girlfriend Hillis Mann ("Reign's" Susanna Thompson) works with the team after they partner with the Department of Defense to track down a stolen drone liked to elusive terrorist Parsa.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" - "Pontiac Bandit" (8:30 p.m., FOX)
A scooter-bound Charles returns to work, where the station finds itself unable to handle all he comes to demand. Elsewhere, Jake takes interest in one of Rosa's perps, Doug Judy (guest star Craig Robinson), who has information about the "Pontiac Bandit," a car thief Jake has been tracking for years.

"The Goldbergs" - "You're Under Foot" (9 p.m., ABC)
Beverly and Murray encourage Pops to spend time at the furniture store after he grows bored of his life. Naturally, he oversteps and begins to criticize Murray on how he runs the business. That ought to go over well.

"Intelligence" - "Pilot" (9 p.m. CBS)
This new action thriller premieres at a special night and time, with Josh Holloway as a high-tech intelligence operative enhanced with a super-computer microchip in his brain, leading him to become the most valuable piece of technology the U.S. has ever created.

"The Mindy Project" - "Danny Castellano is my Personal Trainer" (9:30 p.m., FOX)
Mindy tries to get into shape before a weekend away with new beau Cliff, enlisting Danny to be her personal trainer. Elsewhere, Peter finds himself in over his head acting as managing parter at the office while Jeremy is out sick.

"Trophy Wife" - "The Big 5-0" (9:30 p.m., ABC)
Kate tries to break Pete's birthday curse and give him a great birthday. Of course, that proves to be easier said than done. Meanwhile, Diane and Jackie shop together for Pete's gift and the kids find themselves stuck at home with lobsters who refuse to be a main course.

"Chicago Fire" - "Shoved In My Face" (10 p.m., NBC)
Casey returns to work after nearly being killed in a building collapse, as Severide prepares for his stint as instructor at the Chicago Fire Academy, where Dawson is beginning her training. Shay meets Allison Rafferty, her new partner, who's friendly to everyone except her.

"Cougar Town" - "All or Nothing" (10 p.m., TBS)
The Cul de Sac Crew returns for Season 5, struggling with the weirdness that is Laurie and Travis dating, but Jules tries to do the whole "cool mom" thing and let it happen. Bobby and Andy make bank when Penny Can goes global, which leads Grayson to confront Bobby about his years of unpaid bar tabs.

"Justified" - "A Murder of Crowes" (10 p.m., FX)
As Season 5 premieres, Raylan heads down to the Florida swamplands to deal with a deadly branch of the Crowe family tree, while Boyd finds himself deep in the collapsing Detroit mob.

"Killer Women" - "La Sicaria" (10 p.m., ABC)
Tricia Helfer stars as Molly Parker, one of the first women to join the Texas Rangers. In this series premiere, she hunts down the woman who killed an assistant district attorney inside a church during her wedding ceremony.

"Person of Interest" - "Aletheia" (10 p.m., CBS)
Multiple enemies converge on the POI team as they protect a dying man with a connection to Finch's past. They struggle without Reese, who left the team and their mission following Carter's tragic death at the hands of HR.
