Whitney Houston interview with Oprah: Part II
"He was my drug," she confessed. "I didn't do anything without him. I wasn't getting high by myself. It was me and him together, and we were partners, and that's what my high was -- him. He and I being together, and whatever we did, we did it together. No matter what, we did it together."
When she later came to her senses, Houston said she decided not to live in "unholy matrimony."
She continued discussing her struggles and how her friends and mother were her support group, helping her come out of her low period.
A particularly touching moment occurred around 14 minutes into the second part, in which Houston discusses Michael Jackson's death, seeing parallels with her own drug addictions.
