Houston died on Feb. 11 in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton. The 48-year-old singer was reportedly found by an assistant lying face down in the bathtub. The L.A. County Coroner says cocaine was a contributing factor in the singer's death. TMZ reported that the coroner's report also noted the presence of a "spoon with a white crystal-like substance on it" and a "white powdery substance" in her hotel room.

In addition to cocaine, Xanax, the muscle relaxer Flexeril and allergy medication Benadryl were found in her bloodstream at the time of death.
