william-shatner-getty2.jpgTV Land is planning to let William Shatner go live on its airwaves. The network has announced that the legendary actor will guest-star in the June 19 live episode of "Hot in Cleveland."

"At long, long last, I am working with someone older than me," Shatner joked in a statement, referencing series star Betty White, who, at 91, is nine years older than Shatner.

The live episode, a first for TV Land, stands as the premiere to the second half of Season 4 of the cable net's hit, picking up where things left off in February's winter finale. Shatner will be joined in the episode by Brian Baumgartner ("The Office"). TV Line reports that "Community" star Danny Pudi will be joining in on the live fun, as well, though that's not been confirmed by the network.

"Hot in Cleveland" returns June 19 at 10 p.m. ET on TV Land.
