"Witches of East End" Season 2 won't hit television until July, but the Season 1 DVD collection is out on Tuesday (June 24). In addition to the full season of 10 episodes, the DVD comes with a collection of special features. Are they worth it?

If you like the show, then the answer is definitely a yes. There are several of them -- a short documentary on the first season of the show, a collection of deleted scenes (warning: the deletion of some of them was a good choice), a gag reel and of course, cat outtakes.

Then of course, there are the episodes of the show. Despite the fact that this is a supernatural drama full of soap opera-ish elements, "Witches of East End" is actually a quality program that tells a good and often intriguing story throughout its season.

Considering that everything in Season 1 leads directly into Season 2, re-watching the first episodes of "Witches of East End" might be a good choice. You don't want to be confused when Season 2 returns on Sunday, July 6 on Lifetime.
