Photog Sues Lohans for Getting Hit by Car

There's one man in New York who could care less that Lindsay Lohan topped the Maxim Hot 100 list.

Photographer Giovanni Arnold claims that he "sustained severe and permanent personal injuries" when the "Georgia Rule" actress allegedly struck him with a BMW on March 13, report news sources.

The lawsuit filed last Thursday (May 10) also named her mother, Dina Lohan, since she owned the car and allowed her daughter to drive it. According to the court documents, the Lohans were "negligent, careless and reckless" with the vehicle.

The incident allegedly occurred when several paparazzi surrounded the car to the Hotel Gansevort in Soho. When one of the photographers jumped on the hood of the car, Arnold was knocked down and was thrown back on the hood and then the ground when Lohan put the BMW in drive. She then checked on him before leaving the scene.

Arnold's lawyer, Marc Mauser, says that his client suffered injuries to both knees and was "still getting medical treatment." Arnold is seeking monetary damages for pain, suffering and lost wages.

Lohan currently stars opposite Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman in "Georgia Rule."
