Reruns, 'Minutes' Score for CBS Sunday

CBS' usual lineup of "60 Minutes" and crime dramas, with a little help from "Big Brother," gave the network the top spot in Sunday's ratings.

For the night, CBS averaged a 4.7 rating/8 share. NBC finished second overall at 3.9/7. ABC and FOX tied for third at 2.7/5, with FOX pulling in more total viewers. The CW managed only a 0.9/2.

FOX won the adults 18-49 demographic with a 2.2 rating. CBS, 1.7, took second. NBC was third at 1.4, followed by ABC, 1.3, and The CW, 0.5.

CBS grabbed the night's best hourly rating at 7 p.m. with "60 Minutes," 5.4/11. "America's Funniest Home Videos," 3.2/6, put ABC in second. "Dateline" drew a 2.8/6 for NBC. FOX aired repeats of "The War at Home" and "King of the Hill" to finish fourth, beating the 1.3/3 for an hour of "Reba" on The CW.

A second hour of "Dateline," 4.3/8, moved NBC to the lead at 8 p.m. "Big Brother" posted a 3.9/7 for CBS. A rerun of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" scored a 3.3/6 for ABC. "The Simpsons," 3.1/6, and "American Dad," 2.8/5, kept FOX in fourth, ahead of "7th Heaven" on The CW.

"Cold Case," 4.5/8, put CBS back on top at 9 p.m. NBC's "Law & Order" rerun, 4.1/7, was second in households, but two "Family Guy" episodes on FOX (3.5/6 and 3.7/6) had a small edge in total viewers. "Desperate Housewives" posted a 2.4/4 for ABC. The CW went with a "Supernatural" repeat.

At 10 p.m., CBS' "Without a Trace" rerun drew a 4.9/8 to beat "Law & Order: SVU," 4.4/8, on NBC. A "Brothers & Sisters" rerun on ABC came in at 2.0/3.

On Saturday, CBS' 3.8/8 was good enough to win the night. FOX, 3.0/6, came in second, followed by ABC, 2.1/4, and NBC, 1.8/4.
