Zsa Zsa Gabor 'critical' after emergency surgery
Also optimistic: Gabor's husband, Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, who tells the Los Angeles Times that the surgery was a success and that he expects his wife to be released by mid-week.
In January, most of Gabor's right leg was amputated because of a rampant infection which could have proved fatal. She also broke her left hip in 2010 and has been in and out of the hospital for the past several months.
The feeding tube, according to E!, came loose because of another infection and caused internal bleeding.
"She's a big fighter," von Anhalt said. "I always feel optimistic because I know her."
