Zsa Zsa Gabor turns 95, throws birthday bash
TheWrap reports that Gabor will celebrate her birthday at a party with her husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, and 100 of her closest friends. The party will include performances by singer Caleb and pianist Rei Williams.
The invitation to the festivities reads, "Well it's time to come clean and tell the truth, I can't hide it any more, For the first time I'll be celebrating my real birthday candle count. Over the years I may have overlooked a year or two (or 20), but not this year."
Gabor writes on the invite that she plans to stay around for a while.
"I love you and I hope to see you, but if you can't make it don't worry, I'm planning on celebrating more birthdays over the coming years with my true candle count, going all the way back to Woodrow Wilson's presidency, one of the few White House residents I never met," the card says.
Gabor has endured a number of health problems recently. Early in 2011, she suffered an infected lesion that required the amputation of much of her right leg. In Nov. 2011, she was again hospitalized when her feeding tube got infected.
But she's not to old to have a grand old time on her birthday. Congrats and many more.
