Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Frederic von Anhalt appointed conservator of estate

He will continue to make medical decisions about his wife's care, after arguing for years with Constance that he has mismanaged Zsa Zsa's wealth. Hilton requested several months ago to be appointed conservator for Gabor because she was concerned her mother was not being treated properly.

Part of the agreement that leaves von Anhalt as conservator is that Constance's attorney Kenneth Kossoff will receive monthly statements as to the financial situation and be able to review Gabor's medical files.

Gabor, who turned 95 back in February, has been in declining health for years. She was in an automobile accident in 2002 that left her partially paralyzed, and in 2005 and 2007 she suffered strokes. In 2012, she fractured her hip and had to have it replaced and then in 2011, her right leg was amputated above the knee in order to prevent an infection.
